Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped with food chopper
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Place slices of cookie dough on 15-inch pizza stone to form 12-inch cirlce. Roll dough together to make continuos piece.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle evenly with peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel topping.
Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes, then slide serrated bread knife under pizza to loosen from stone.
Cool completely. Cut into wedges or aquares.
