Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 c flour
- 2/3 c melted butter
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Spray mini-muffin pan with non-stick Spray with flour. Fill each muffin 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 - 18 minutes. Allow to cool 1 minute in pan, then flip them out. Do NOT allow them to cool in pan, or else you will chisel them out.
