Pork Roast With Peach Luau Sauce

  • Sauce:
  • 2 lb Boneless Pork Loin Roast
  • 1/2 a 15 Oz Can of Peaches, drained
  • One third cup Catsup
  • One third cup Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, la choy is gluten free
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • dash Pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine sauce ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.

Place roast, fat side down in a shallow baking pan.

Bake roast for 30 minutes then pour sauce over roast. Return roast to oven and bake 30 more minutes
