Raw Chocolate Coconut Pudding

The coconut oil in this recipe can boost the metabolism. Coconut oil has a thermogenic or calorie burning effect. This is because the medium chain triglycerides in coconut oil are easily absorbed by the energy producing organelles of the cells. Ingredients

  • 2

    ripe avocados

  • ½

    cup raw honey

  • ½

    cup organic raw cocoa powder

  • 2

    tbs coconut oil, soft

  • 1

    tsp organic vanilla extract

  • 1

    tsp maca powder (optional superfood boost)

Directions

1) Mash the avocados and then puree in blender. 2) Add remaining ingredients and bleand until smooth and glossy.
