Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. walnuts
- frosting
- 1 (3oz. pkg.) cream cheese
- 1 Tbs. milk
- 1 Tbs. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. powder sugar

Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 45 min check with tooth pick
