Ingredients

  • 2

    large garlic cloves

  • 2

    teaspoons of dill seed

  • 1

    fresh Jalapeno pepper

  • 1

    quart vinegar

  • 2

    quarts water

  • ¾

    cup salt

Directions

Put cloves, dill seed, and jalapeno in bottom of Jar. Pour boiling vinegar over the top, seal lids. Let stand in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
