Kielbasa Stew

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds Kielbasa cut into 1/2" pieces
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 tbs minced onion
• 1 tbs instant beef boullion
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• 1/8 tsp ground marjoram
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 2 cans beer
• 6 new potatoes, cut in wedges
• 6 carrots, cut in pieces
• 1 medium onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Stir in flour and seasonings til sausage is coated.

Add water to beer to measure 2 cups.

Cook 45 minutes
