Ingredients

  • Crust (makes 2):

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • ½

    cup icing sugar

  • ½

    cup butter

  • ½

    cup oil

  • 1

    egg

  • 2

    cups & 2 tablespoons flour

  • ½

    teaspoon crème of tartar

  • ½

    teaspoon baking soda

  • ½

    teaspoon vanilla

  • Filling:

  • 8

    ounces cream cheese

  • cup sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • Glaze:

  • ½

    cup water

  • ½

    cup orange juice

  • 2

    tablespoons lemon juice

  • ¼

    cup sugar

  • 1

    tablespoon corn starch

Directions

Bake 350°F for 10 – 12 min. Spread filling over crust and then cover with fruit. Pour glaze over the fruit.
