Ingredients

  • Crust (makes 2):
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups & 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon crème of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350°F for 10 – 12 min. Spread filling over crust and then cover with fruit. Pour glaze over the fruit.
