Hawaiian Ham Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Smithfield ham, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, toasted, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt
  • Crackers for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and seasoned salt until fully incorporated. Fold ham and macadamia nuts into mixture.

Chill and top with reserved macadamia nuts before serving.
