Smoky Honey-Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (3-1/2 lb.), quartered
  • 1 1/4 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into spears
  • 1/4 cup A.1. Steak Sauce Smoky Mesquite
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

PLACE chicken, skin-sides up, in 15x10x1-inch pan. Add potatoes.

BAKE 1 hour or until chicken is done (165ºF) and potatoes are tender, brushing chicken occasionally with combined steak sauce and honey for the last 15 min.

SUBSTITUTE:

Prepare using your favorite variety of A.1. Steak Sauce
