Rita's breaded pan fried steaks (German style fried steak)
- 2 # steak cut very thinly
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 C Italian bread crumbs
- butter or margarine
- lemon juice or fresh sliced lemons

Between layers of wax paper beat the steaks until almost see through. whisk the eggs and dip the steak in the egg then into the bread crumbs. Heat butter or margarine in skillet and fry the coated steaks until golden brown on each side. serve with lemon juice or fresh lemon.
