Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, peeled, chopped, and seeded
  • 2 cups plain low-fat soy milk
  • 1 banana, in chunks
  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) soft silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
  • Orange slices, cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients, except orange slices, in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.

Pour into glasses, put half an orange slice on each glass rim, and serve.
