Ingredients

  • 2 cups bologna cubed (not the sliced deli kind but the large sticks)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup diced turnips or carrots or celery if desired
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups diced potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in butter
add all veggies and 2 cups water (except potatoes)
Cover and bring to a boil
Reduce to med and cook 10 mins
Add potatoes and cook additional 10 mins or until all veggies are tender

Can use flour to thick if desired but good without the thickened sauce
