Ingredients
- 1 lb hard, ripe roma tomatoes
- 1/4 small onion
- 3-4 springs cilantro
- 1/4 fesh ime
- 1-4 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 serrano chill
- 1/4 small green bell pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Chop tomatoes into small cubes. Chop onion, bell pepper, serrano, cilantro. Add to tomatoes. Press garlic and add to mixture. Add juice from 1/4 lime and salt. Allow lo refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Makes about 16 oz.
