Ingredients

  • 6 slices Nueske's smoked bacon, diced 1/2 inch
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 8-10 small red potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch wedges
  • 1/4 C. sweet onion, diced
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking time 60mins

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon until medium crisp; Set aside.
In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and pepper.
Add potatoes and onions.

Place in 2 qt. casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
