Swiss Steak

Ingredients

• Saute one onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 t dried tyme
• 2 T tom paste
• 1 T flour
• 4 1/2 c diced tomatos
• 1 1/2 C Chicken Broth

Brown Steaks and remove from pan
Saute onion then add other ingredients
add steaks and cook
