Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed is best
- 2-1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt (sea salt is best)
- squeeze of lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, orange juice, sugar, salt and lemon in a jug.
Mix until salt and sugar have dissolved.
Drink chilled.
