Gatorade - homemade version

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed is best
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt (sea salt is best)
  • squeeze of lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine water, orange juice, sugar, salt and lemon in a jug.
Mix until salt and sugar have dissolved.
Drink chilled.
