Teriyaki Salmon with Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients

  • Fish marinade:
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 tsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Pasta:
  • 1/2 pkg angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 pkg purple cabbage
  • 3-4 white pearl onions
  • Pasta Dressing:
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • handful fresh dill

Preparation

Step 1

Thread fish chunks onto skewers and brush with sauce.
Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven 350, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cook and drain angel hair pasta.
Slice onions into thin rings and toss with pasta and cabbage.
Mix together dressing ingredients and toss with pasta.
Serve fish on top of pasta.
