  • 4 OZ. (1 CUP) SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1/3 TSP NUTMEG
  • 1 CAN (7 OZ) KERNEL CORN, DRAINED (OPTIONAL)

HEAT OVEN TO 350'F. GENEROUSLY GREASE 9 TO 10 INCH QUICHE PAN. COMBINE BACON, CHEESE, ONION AND CORN. SPREAD IN PREPARED PAN. PLACE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER AT HIGH SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR OVER BACON MIXTURE. BAKE AT 350'F. FOR 50-55 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED NEAR CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. LET STAND 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
