    box white cake mix

  • 12 ounce jar Carmel Sauce/ topping

  • ½

    cup sour cream

  • Easy Carmel Icing:

  • 1

    stick butter

  • 1

    cup brown sugar packed

  • ¼

    cup milk

  • 1¾ to 2

    cups sifted powdered sugar

  • Sea Salt for sprinkling


Mix the batter according to the boxes instructions, and then stir in sour cream. Generously spray a bundt pan with cooking spray with flour in it. Bake according to the time and temperature on the box. Let it cool. Take a fork and polk holes all over the cake.Pour half the jar of carmel sauce over the entire cake. Let it stand for 5 minutes to soak in. Make the Easy Carmel Icing by melting butter in sauce pan add brown sugar bring to boil. stir until dissolved add milk. cool to luke warm add powdered sugar and drizzle over the cake and center generously. Immediately salt with sea salt . Let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
