Ingredients
- 1 C fresh parsley
- 1/2 C pitted green olives
- 1/2 C chopped almonds
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 t red pepper
- 5 T olive oil
- 4 pieces of white fish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine parsley, chopped olives, almonds, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper + 2 T of the olive oil and set aside. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet and cook fish until opaque through out. Cover with parsley mixture and serve.
