Butter Tea Cookies
- 3 sticks butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 ounces powdered sugar
- 4.5 ounces eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound 2 ounces cake flour) regular flour can be used)
Add butter to mixer just to soften.
Sift powdered sugar and add to mixer.
Add sugar and mix all together.
Add the sifted flour to the mixer
Put batter in a piping bag.
Pipe batter into desired shapes.
Bake at 375 degrees until slightly brown on the edges, about 10 minutes.
