Ingredients

  • 2 packages (10oz) spinich
  • 3 cups crutons
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1

1. Cook spinich and drain well.

2. In a large bowl, combine spinich with all other ingredients. Mix well.

3. Roll mixture into balls.

4. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.
