CHINESE MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

  • 2 TSP. dry chinese or English (coleman's) mustard
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbs. light seasame oil
  • 2 tbs. peanut oil
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients (except oil) in a blender & blend until smooth. Add peanut oil slowly.
