Orange Glaze Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 tbls vegetable oil
  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp dried tyme
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil on high or brown till sizzling

Generously season the chops with salt and pepper, place in the cooker and brown on each side.

Add the chicken stock, orange zest, thyme and onion powder to the cooker and securly lock the lid. Set for 15 min on high

Let the cookers pressure release natrually. 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure. remove chops and let rest under aluminam foil

Drain and discard all the cooking liquid

Set the cooker on high or brown with the lid off an whisk all the remaining ingrediants into it to create a glaze. Let cookjust until combined and simmering. Toss pork chops in the glaze before serving
