Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t salt
- 2 T veg. oil
- 2 C flour
Preparation
Step 1
Bloom the yeast in the water
combine remaining ingredients in bowl of a stand mixer fitted with dough hook and mix while adding the water and yeast. Continue to mix until dough is smooth and well blended.
Park the dough in a warm place for at least 30 min to rise.
