Chili Bake

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rainbow Rotini Pasta
  • 15 oz can turkey chili w/ beans
  • 16 oz jar Thick n' Chunky Salsa
  • 12 oz bag frozen corn
  • 2 oz shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pasta as directed to al dente. Drain. Return to stock pot.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Add chili, salsa, and corn to stock pot. Stir well.

Grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Pour pasta mix into the dish.

Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
