- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 c water

Step 1
Mix flour and salt in a medium bowl. Mix vinegar and baking soda in a small bowl and add water. Mix into flour and beat until smooth. Let stand for 30 minutes. Then dip in chicken bites, or vegetables and fry in hot oil. Drain onto paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
