Funeral Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serves 12
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans potato soup or 1 can potato and 1 cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg (#2) frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I used 1 cup fat free and 1 cup light)
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into 9x13 greased pan (use spray)

Baked uncovered for 55-60 minutes
