Ingredients
- 1/2 lb strawberries de-stemmed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb blueberries
- 2 bananas, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (use more or less depending on your taste. honey would sub well)
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1/2 lemon

Step 1
1. Combine berries and bananas in salad bowl.
2. In a small bowl, combine juices and sugar and pour over fruit.
Try washing berries with a little white wine instead of water to preserve their perfume. Salad can also be dressed with white wine and sugar, or cream and sugar.
