ROLLED OATS SHORTBREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything except the oats using a mix master. Add rolled oats and stir by hand. Roll out and cut into 2" circles. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
