Fluffy White Frosting

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese and butter. Beat until smooth. Beat in whipped topping, confectioners’ sugar, and almond extract until smooth. Pipe onto the tops of the cupcakes. Decorate according the instructions above. This recipe is from the awesome Phyllis Hoffman Celebrate Halloween Magazine 2012
