SWEET TOOTH FIX

When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here’s a nice treat.
Sugar is NOT an added ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 / cup nuts and/or raisins (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a cookie sheet or pan, and spoon onto the cookie sheet or pat into the pan to cut into bars.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
