Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 5 sl Fresh Ginger
- 4 each Baby Bok Choy -- hlvd lngthwse
Preparation
Step 1
1. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Set aside.
2. In large skillet with lid, bring 1 cup water and ginger slices to boil. Add bok choy and reduce to a simmer.
3. Cover and cook until leaves are vibrant green and stems are fork-tender; about 3-5 minutes. Drain well and discard ginger.
4. Transfer bok choy to serving platter; drizzle with vinegar-soy mixture and serve immediately.
