Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter(1 stick)
- 1 cup brown sugar(packed)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 3/4 to 2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar. Bring to a boil and then let boil on low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm. Gradually add in powdered sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread. Add a little hot water if needed.
