Ingredients

    can (15 oz) white kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1

    med sweet pepper, chopped

  • 1

    plum tomato, seeded and chopped

  • ½

    c fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

  • ¼

    c red onion, chopped

  • 3

    T olive oil

  • 2

    T red wine vinegar

  • 1

    T lemon juice

  • ¼

    t salt

  • ¼

    t pepper

Directions

In lg bowl combine first six ingredients. In sm bowl whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice, s&p. Pour over bean mix, toss to coat. Refrigerate til serving.
