HONEY ROASTED PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in the egg. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; beat until well combined. With the mixer on low speed, mix in the honey roasted peanuts so they break up in the batter and are mixed throughout. Stir in the peanut butter chips.



Shape dough in 1-1/2-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Cool on the pans for 2 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
