Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate low-fat soy milk
- 1 banana, in chunks
- 6 ounces lowfat strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup (8 ounces) soft silken tofu
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
