Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate low-fat soy milk
  • 1 banana, in chunks
  • 6 ounces lowfat strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) soft silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.

Pour into glass paraphernalia and inhale.
