Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin (1 can)
- 1 C. oil
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 C. flour
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and beat again. Add oil and pumpkin; mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. (10x15x1). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and top with cream cheese frosting:
3/4 stick butter
3 C. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4-6 oz cream cheese
Store in refrigerator.
