Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 Lbs. Boneless Beef Chuck Roast or any other hunk of beef
- 1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Preparation
Step 1
Place Roast in Slow Cooker, sprinkle with Salt & Pepper and Soup Mix. Top with
Mushroom Soup
Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours, or until meat is tender.
Slice, serve with Mashed Potatoes or cooked noodles.
Variation: If you skip the Mushroom Soup, replace with 1 cup Beef Broth and add 1/2 cup
Sour Cream in the last hour of cooking.
