Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 c. rhubarb
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. nuts, (chopped pecans)

Step 1
Place cut up rhubarb in 9x9 pan. Combine eggs, flour, sugar, pour over fruit. Combine topping ingredients using pastry blender. Sprinkle over Rhubarb and egg mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Serve with ice cream! (vanilla).
