Gingered Iceberg Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh peeled ginger
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 carrot shaved

Preparation

Step 1

In blender, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, soy sauce and sugar; refrigerate. Divide lettuce, carrot and dressing among plates. Serves 6.
