Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
16 single soda crackers crumbled
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar and baking powder; fold in crackers nuts and vanilla. Bake in well buttered pie plate. 350 degrees – 30 minutes. Cool. Top with 1/2 pint whipped cream. Can make day before.
