Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Member's Mark Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained.
  • 1 cup Chilli Salsa
  • 1-4oz. can Chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 10 8" Flour Tortillas

Preparation

Step 1


Combine salsa, chilies and chicken
Place mixture in tortilla and roll
Place seam side down in 9x13 baking dish.

Pour whipping cream over top
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
Sprinkle cheese on top with ten minutes remaining in cook schedule
