  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup dry rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Jay Robb)
  • Dash of cinnamon
