Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low-fat soy or dairy milk
- 1 banana, in chunks
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 4 dates, chopped
- 1/4 ¼ cup pickled ginger, drained
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
