Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 c heavy cream
- 2 c half & half
- 1/2 pd peeled crawfish tails
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- bunch green onions
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. Tony Chachere's seasoning mix
- white pepper & salt to taste

Step 1
melt butter is saucepan over med. heat
add flour and sauté until lt golden brown
add cream and half & half slowly stirring constantly
stir with whisk until blended
add crawfish tails; onions; garlic & onion powder, chachere's; salt & pepper
serve over grilled/broiled/fried fish and Enjoy!
