Ingredients
- 1 pound cake
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cake crosswise into 1/2" thick slices. Brush slices on both sides with orange juice. Whisk together pudding and milk in bowl for 1 minute. Fold in whipped cream, orange zest and orange extract. Place pound cake in dish and cover with pudding mix, can be garnished with chocolate urls and sprinkled with unsweetened cocoa.
