Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 slices of cinnamon-swirl bread. (1 loaf)
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1/2 cup milk.
  • Fruit for topping. ( if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

The night before:

Spray or grease pan.
Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
Spread mixture onto bread slices.
Make sandwiches with cream in the middle.
Cut sandwiches into 1/4's.
Arrange quarter sections in pan.
Whisk eggs and milk until well blended.
Pour over sandwiches.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Day of serving:

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Optional, top with fruit and/ or syrup.
